What is an VGS (Virtual group sitting)?

It's an online meeting hosted by old students or assistant teachers to practice Vipassana meditation together.

Some VGS are just audio while others are led by assistant teachers so you can ask questions.

Where can I get the password?

You should attend a 10 day retreat first then the volunteers will share it with you.

For new students who have not completed a 10 day retreat. Please apply here dhamma.org/en/courses/search

Can I get the password from other practitioners?

It's highly NOT recommended if you are not an old student.
